Los datos de carácter personal entregados y gestionados por la AENU tienen como objetivo cumplir con los ideales académicos de la institución. La AENU se obliga a guardar la confidencialidad de los datos de carácter personal entregados por los usuarios. En ese marco, estos datos serán usados para las actividades por las cuales se recaben, y podrán ser usados para realizar estadísticas, gestión de incidencias y proyectos.
La gestión y tratamiento de estos datos se realizará de acuerdo con la legislación vigente, la misma que amparará los derechos de los usuarios.
Los usuarios declaran aceptar sin reservas el tratamiento de los datos por parte de la AENU. En ese marco, los usuarios garantizan la veracidad y autenticidad de la información y datos, y entienden que los perjuicios que el incumplimiento de sus deberes pueda ocasionar será de su única y exclusiva responsabilidad.

The personal data provided and managed by the UNA-Ecuador have
the purpose of fulfilling the academic ideals of the institution. The UNA-Ecuador
undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the personal data provided by
users. Within this framework, these data will be used for the activities for
which they are collected and may be used for statistical purposes, incident
management, and projects.
The management and processing of this data will be carried
out in accordance with current legislation, which will also protect the rights
of the users.
Users declare their unconditional acceptance of the handling
of data by the UNA-Ecuador. In this context, users guarantee the accuracy and
authenticity of the information and data and understand that any damages
resulting from the breach of their duties will be their sole and exclusive
